Tamzine cheeses are crafted from simple, whole‑food ingredients — beans, grains, nutritional yeast, and spices — blended into a dry mix you hydrate and cook at home. Every kit is shelf‑stable, clean‑label, and made without oils, gums, or preservatives.

Just add water (and optional customer‑supplied oil), heat for a few minutes, and chill overnight to create a firm, sliceable cheese block or a smooth, spreadable cheese.
