FULL POT RECIPE (1 lb beans total)
Ingredients — Bean Pot • 1 lb beans (½ lb white beans + ½ lb chickpeas) • 12 cups water • 1–2 cups dehydrated veg OR 3–4 cups fresh veg (tomato, onion, carrot, celery, greens) • 1 tsp garlic • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp Italian herb blend (or oregano + basil) • Salt to taste
Ingredients — Grain Pot • parboiled rice • barley • quinoa add 12 cups water • Salt to taste

Pot 1: Sardinian Minestrone
- Simmer beans 60–90 minutes until tender.
- Add vegetables, garlic, onion powder, paprika, herbs, pepper, and salt.
- Simmer 20–30 minutes until thick and rustic.
Pot 2: Rice + Barley and quinoa , add quinoa about 15 minutes after the rice and barley Simmer 35–40 minutes.
Serve • Spoon minestrone over rice/barley. • Add sprouts for freshness.
